Why an aging report isn't enough
Every ledger already has an aging chart — it tells you invoices are late, sorted by how late. It cannot tell you why. Most non-payment is clerical: the invoice never entered the payer's AP system, a document is missing, or a question went unanswered. Those invoices don't respond to more reminders; they respond to fixing the blocker. The Health Check finds the blocker for each one.

Is it really read-only?
Yes. The Health Check uses a read-only ledger connection, sends nothing to your customers, and changes nothing in your books. Sending is a separate capability that only exists on paid plans, and only after you explicitly enable it.
How long does it take?
Under 5 minutes from connecting your ledger to seeing your diagnostic. There is no form to fill in first and no sales call involved.
What does it cost?
