Read-only first. Autonomy is earned, not defaulted.
Hyperloop starts by understanding your receivables and proving its judgment on drafts you approve. Nothing touches a customer until you allow it.
The path from diagnostic to autopilot
Connect read-only
A read-only QuickBooks Online or Xero connection. Hyperloop classifies every stuck invoice by blocker — PO mismatch, missing document, wrong recipient, unanswered question — in under 5 minutes. It cannot send anything at this stage.
Approve drafts
Hyperloop drafts pre-due confirmations, follow-ups, and answers to payer questions. In approval mode you review every message before it goes out — the default on Growth.
Let it handle inbound
HyperDesk answers routine payer questions — resend requests, remittance details, statement asks — and routes judgment calls to you with full context. Promises to pay are extracted and tracked automatically.
Graduate to autonomy
When you trust its judgment, let Hyperloop act inside guardrails you set: which customers, which amounts, which tones. Automatic stops for disputes and promises stay on at every level.
Sends as you, from your own address
Hyperloop connects to the email your team already uses and sends as you, from your own domain — your customers never see a third-party address, and there's no DNS project to set up first. Replies flow back into Hyperloop, so inbound handling works from the first message.
Two independent safety gates
What the plan permits and what sending is physically allowed are enforced separately. A paid account with an unverified sending setup cannot send — by design, not by accident. Your customers only ever hear from a verified identity.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to approve every message?
At first, yes — Hyperloop starts in approval mode: it drafts the outreach and the answers, and nothing sends until you sign off. When you're ready, you can graduate to autonomous collections, where sending runs on its own inside guardrails you set.
Does Hyperloop send email as me?
Yes. Outreach goes out from your own address, through a sending identity you verify. An account whose sending setup isn't verified physically cannot send — by design, not by accident.
What happens when a customer replies with a question?
That reply is where most tools stop and Hyperloop starts. It reads what came back, answers the payer's question when it can, and surfaces the blocker — a PO mismatch, a missing document, a wrong recipient — when a human needs to weigh in.
Which accounting systems does it work with?
QuickBooks Online and Xero for self-serve. NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and banking integrations are part of Hyperloop Enterprise.
