What happens at day 15 of the trial?
The 14-day trial runs at full Growth entitlements. When it ends, your account either continues on the plan you chose or moves to the always-free AR Health Check — depending on how you started your trial. We remind you before the trial ends either way, cancellation is one click, and your account is never locked: your data and diagnostic stay available on the free tier.
What does “invoices monitored” mean?
The number of open invoices Hyperloop actively tracks in a month — watching for replies, classifying blockers, and running follow-ups. On the free AR Health Check, monitoring is unlimited but read-only: Hyperloop analyzes your ledger and sends nothing.
Who do my customers see the emails come from?
You. Hyperloop connects to the email your team already uses and sends as you, from your own address and domain — there's no third-party sending address and no DNS project to set up. Replies flow back into Hyperloop so nothing is missed. Outbound stays off until your sender is connected and verified, which protects your domain's reputation from day one.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from the billing page, effective at the end of the current billing period — no calls, no forms. Your account downgrades to the free AR Health Check, and you can export your data at any point.
What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?
Overage is billed per unit and stated on this page, not in a footnote: on Growth, $0.29 per additional invoice monitored and $0.49 per additional inbound query; on Premium, $0.19 per additional invoice and $0.39 per additional inbound query. You can set a hard cap so spending never surprises you.
